Each year we have offered Luxury tents and meals which has become progressively more expensive, this year we have listened to feedback from many riders and we are offering our event field and clean new ablution block with campsites at a reasonable price.

- included 2 persons with option of up to 4.
- Vehicle access, next to your tent.
- Gas and off grid solar powered ablution blocks, with clean, regulated pressure showers, basins and toilets.
- 24/7 security guards patrolling area
- In quiet area on the edge of town, 800m from the start line.
- Braai fires / fireplaces not catered for.
- Loud music not allowed.
- One vehicle per campsite only

Oudtshoorn is 1 hour and 15 mins away on tar.
Cango Caves area has plenty of B&B's and self catering accommodation, it's about 45 km over the Swartberg Pass and should take you an hour and a half to drive over.
(Please allow enough time if you want to come over the pass in the morning it is not a fast route we advise 1.5 hrs for the pass alone.)

If you are racing the Medio Fondo.
The Start of the Medio Fondo is near De Rust, an 80 km drive on tar from Prince Albert. There is plenty of accommodation in the village of De Rust, the town of Oudtshoorn and neighbouring farms a few minutes drive from the Medio Fondo start line.

Campsites with your own gear.
If you wish to utilise your own camping gear, have a motorhome or rooftop tent etc, the Olienhof campsite is 1100 metres away from the Start line.

Bike Transport
Prince Albert is 2 hrs drive from George Airport, car rental services are available at the airport.
Bike Transport can be provided by BCycle Transport from Gauteng and surrounding provinces.
